How Elytra collects, uses and retains information when you use our platform and website.
Account and onboarding details you provide, transaction records generated when you move funds, and technical logs from the API and website needed to operate and secure the service.
To execute and reconcile transfers, meet regulatory obligations including sanctions screening and record keeping, support your team, and improve reliability of the platform.
With licensed partner institutions and custodians involved in a given corridor, with service providers under contract, and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required.
Transaction and onboarding records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulation, typically five years after the relationship ends.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data. Requests that conflict with regulatory retention obligations will be scoped accordingly.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and production access requires hardware-backed authentication.
