The terms that govern access to the Elytra platform, API and related services.
Access is granted to the entity named in your order form, for its own business use. You are responsible for safeguarding API credentials and for activity conducted under them.
Transfers execute against funded balances. Quoted pricing is all-in for the corridor and quote window shown at the time of instruction; expired quotes are re-priced.
You will complete onboarding diligence, keep beneficiary and originator information accurate, and not use the service for prohibited activity or in sanctioned jurisdictions.
We target continuous availability of the API. Individual corridors follow local rail hours and published cut-off times, which may change with partner or regulatory requirements.
Except for fraud or wilful misconduct, liability is limited as set out in your order form. We are not liable for delays caused by partner institutions acting on regulatory instruction.
We will give notice of material changes to these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
