Stablecoin payouts

Pay in local currency or stablecoin

Their choice, per person

Each person chooses: local currency to their bank account, or USDC or USDT to their own wallet.

Stablecoin either way

Every payment already crosses on stablecoin rails. Bank payouts are converted at the far end; wallet payouts simply arrive.

Same run, same controls

Stablecoin payouts sit in the same run, with the same rate, approvals and audit trail.

Payday

Paid on the date you set

Nobody waits on a cut-off

A Friday run lands on Friday, not Tuesday.

Rejections at submission

A wrong account number is flagged when you submit, with a reason and a same-day retry.

Roles and approvals

Choose who can quote, who can send and who can only view. Every action is logged.

Audit-ready

Every quote, commitment and payout is tied to a person and exportable as a signed audit trail.

What is Elytra for payroll?

Elytra pays employees and contractors in many countries from one payroll run. Each person is paid in their own currency, on local rails, or in USDC or USDT if they prefer.

How is an international payroll run funded?

You fund the run once, in one currency. Elytra converts it at one quoted rate for the whole batch and pays each person locally, so you keep no account topped up in every country.

When do employees get paid?

On the date you set. The crossing runs 24/7/365, so cut-offs, weekends and bank hours don’t push payday back.

Can Elytra handle large payroll batches?

Yes. A batch holds up to 10,000 payouts, each with its own status. A wrong account number is flagged when you submit, not days later.

Make payday one date
